We’ve got a great event lined up for Wednesday, January 18th. DC chefs have officially jumped on the social media train! They’ve learned how to leverage social channels to promote their restaurants and build their personal brands online. On the heels of the first Restaurant Week of 2012, our speakers will discuss their social strategies.

Rebecca Loveridge (Becca Clara Love) is the co-founder of Bitches Who Brunch, the D.C.-based website recently named “Favorite Foodies” by the Washington Post’s D.C. Tweeps. When she’s not brunching, Becca is the Director of Publishing Marketing Services for TMG Custom Media, a content marketing firm that creates national consumer and trade magazines, websites, and apps.

The ThinkFoodGroup brands include Jaleo, Oyamel, Zaytinya, America Eats Tavern, China Poblano, The Bazaar by José Andrés, é by José Andrés, minibar by José Andrés, José Andrés Catering, and the “Made In Spain” cookbook and television series. Since joining ThinkFoodGroup, he has lead projects to rebuild the digital and social presence for Chef José Andrés and all of his restaurants, building an audience of more than 150,000 followers.
