SMCDC October Event: If A Comedian Cracks A Joke In The Forest…..
Event Preview
As we enter the third week of the federal government shutdown, we could all use some laughs. Fortunately, your friends at SMCDC are here for you! Take a break from the usual DC politicking and join us for our October event “If A Comedian Cracks A Joke In The Forest…..”
This month we bring together a panel of some of the funniest voices in DC. Making people laugh is hard work, and getting them to know that there is something to laugh about is even harder. So, how do you use humor with digital media to build a personal and professional brand, attract fans and fill venues, all while remaining current and funny? From podcast, to Youtube, to Twitter and more, our panels of comedic voices will discuss the ins and outs of what works, and what falls flat. Come learn and laugh.
